Hi, I’m Sarah.
I strive to create work that matters, led by a deep commitment to color, collaboration, and community.
I am a Gainesville, Florida based multimedia artist, creative placemaker and cross sector collaborator. From a background in handblown glass and arts education, I’ve transitioned my primary art form to public art in the past 5 years, while concurrently practicing and teaching through the UF Health Shands Arts in Medicine Program.
My background in arts education and Arts in Medicine inform my strong belief that all people deserve to experience high quality art. My education in Anthropology gives me a passionate curiosity about the human connections between the arts, our health, nature, and culture.
I’m excited about public art locations which serve a wide range of people, positioned within the flow of humanity. My most meaningful work has been shaped and inspired by the local communities, stakeholders, and site specific considerations. My work as an artist at the hospital has taught me the importance of listening as a required first step to authentic collaboration, and the power of art as a vessel of connection.
My Approach
What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
Simple ideas
Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.
Lasting impact
We build with clarity, act with integrity, and always stay curious.
