Sarah worked with William’s Elementary art teacher Sara Bracero’s 5th grade students to leave a legacy as they graduated. Each 5th grade student produced a grouted mosaic to take home, learning about the ancient art form during the process. These student mosaics were selected for display at the Alachua County Commissioner’s Office. The activity culminated when students reimagined the school mascot through mosaic and collaborated to create a new mural for the school’s front office.
